Karen Ramirez and family
Grandma Mary will be sorely missed by all who knew her!
I remember how she made family holiday visits so special when we would visit her, Grandpa, DeAnne and Glen in Temple City. We even went to the Rose Parade one year!
She had a quiet, gentle, ladylike way about her and went through her life with dignity and grace. A true example of what a wife, mother and grandmother should be. I remember her telling me about her red hat society and what fun it was! I enjoyed finding red hat society presents for her! She also told me she enjoyed the activities at the Village such as water aerobics and doing fun things with her friends. She enjoyed painting and was quite good at it! We would do dishes together at my mom’s house after holiday dinners and that’s where I really started to get to know her as a person, not just my Grandma.
I loved and admired her so much. Even in her final days she was a lady, coughing into the blanket so that we wouldn’t catch anything and blowing us kisses.
It was an honor and a privilege to have you as my Grandma. I love you.
Tom, Daniel and Sophia love you.
Until we meet again. Rest In Peace, Grandma ❤️🙏🏻
